You may cancel your order within 48 hours after it has been confirmed, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped or the 48-hour period has passed, cancellation is not available. In this case, you can apply for a return after delivery.

We’ll review your request and confirm whether the cancellation and refund have been approved.

3. Refund Timeline
Approved cancellations are refunded within 1 to 5 business days using the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank’s processing time.
